  • Catholic Social Services of Southern Nebraska, founded in 1932, is the charitable arm of the Diocese of Lincoln, serving all people regardless of faith in the southern third of Nebraska. Our services cover 23,000 square miles and touch the lives of nearly 30,000 people annually, offering $6 million worth of charitable assistance through our food pantry and emergency services, refugee resettlement and immigration help, clothing and thrift stores, family and individual counseling services, domestic abuse shelters, and emergency housing.

    Catholic Social Services of Southern Nebraska seeks a compassionate, dynamic, and inspirational leader for the position of Regional Director of Social Services - Lincoln. This person will lead and manage our social services operation in the greater Lincoln area that assists, accompanies, and effects social change and the betterment of individuals, families, and the common good. Direct supervisorial skills, creative problem solving skills, high character, bold vision, and intrinsic motivation are a must. The Regional Director should have tremendous networking skills and a love for the dignity of every human person to effectively communicate and represent our Catholic values throughout southern Nebraska.
